Operability & Maintainability Review

Designs of plant, equipment and flowsheets can in certain cases overlook the operations and maintenance elements that will be inherited by the business once the systems goes into production. The last 10 years has seen a tremendous amount of pressure to design and implement very rapidly and this has occasionally led to plants with operational challenges.
 
BRS has been involved in both pre-build and post-build projects. In the design phases BRS has access to operational readiness and experience mechanical engineers who are capable of identifying issues at an early stage and working through the options. In the post-build operational world BRS has carved a niche for the effective and rapid intervention to identify cause and implement solutions to improve operability and maintainability.
